Paul Abel, Ph.D. Managing Partner linked in

Paul’s unique set of experiences have shaped Blue Research’s culture in being highly focused on delivering pragmatic insights and to drive business decisions.

Paul has worked for some of the biggest brands in technology as a research consultant and research consumer (i.e. Microsoft, Intel, Gartner Group). Having seen both sides of market research and with nearly 20 years of research experience, he helps Blue’s clients with their toughest business dilemma.

Paul is a trained public speaker. He is adjunct professor of Healthcare Marketing at Oregon Health & Science University.

In his free time, Paul splits his time between leading humanitarian projects in third-world countries and being active in sports (surfing, skateboarding, biking, triathlons). Paul is currently learning how to play guitar.

Paul holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Washington and holds a B.S. degree from UCLA.


Cecile Bos, Partner linked in

Cecile is a marketer at the core.

Raised in France, she followed the foot steps of her globe trotting entrepreneurial family. After graduating from UCLA at age 21, her love for the outdoors lead her to the Pacific Northwest. She has worked for Motorola, Fluke and Intel. Over her ten years at Intel she has been responsible for the North America reseller channel programs and trainings, the Intel Inside® Program and was Marketing Director for Intel’s Digital Health Group.

As a partner at Blue Research, she brings her business-acumen, marketing-expertise and channel-knowledge in both high-tech and healthcare.

Cecile loves to ski, run marathons, knit, travel the world and cook French dishes. She speaks French and Spanish.
